Ha Giang Tour Package with Homestay

Morning activities:

At 7.30 am Leave at hotel in Hanoi in the morning with our guide and driver to Ha Giang Province – the Northern one in Vietnam where is famous for mountain landscapes, terrace fields and flower seasons, etc.

You will travel through Viet Tri and Tuyen Quang on Route # 2 through the famous Red River Delta region. You will have chance to pass through many provinces and view beautiful sights, visit tea plantation in Tuyen Quang for best scenery of famous Vietnam tea. Have lunch at local food-stall.

Afternoon activities:

You continue the trip to the most breathtaking in Vietnam. Have the chance for stopover at some places en route to take photos and chill out its beauties of villages. You will arrive in Ha Giang in the afternoon. Because Ha Giang still requires a permit, our guide will make the permission at the small office in the town. You will have the admiring beautiful mountain scapes and pass through stunning passes, rolling mountains and valleys.

And then you will travel ahead to Khuoi My Hamlet – Phuong Do Commune to discover the unique Mossy House which created from years of year of local people. Now there is only this village has this type of house.

And then you travel to the local family stilt house of minority people.

Evening activities:

Have dinner with local family with their food. Free to walk around the village and explore village beauties. Homestay at stilt-house.

Morning activities:

After breakfast, today you will spend more time to discover around the village and enjoy the fresh atmosphere as local culture. You leave Hoang Su Phi Lodge and travel back Ha Giang (75 km and takes around 2 hours on car) and travel to Khuoi My Hamlet – Phuong Do Commune to discover the unique Mossy House which created from years of year of local people. Now there is only this village has this type of house. (photo as below)
Have lunch at local restaurant

This afternoon you will continue to Quan Ba and have chance to pass through Bac Sum Pass which is well known as 6 attractive passes in Ha Giang to conquer and then continue to Quan Ba. You will have the admiring beautiful mountain-scapes and pass through stunning passes, rolling mountains and valleys of Heaven Gate Quan Ba, Twin Mountain in Quan Ba and visit Nam Dam Village where is famous tourism village in Quan Ba and visit the museum of Nam Dam village.

Check in homestay. Have dinner at the homestay and overnight at homestay

Morning activities:

Have breakfast at stilt house. This morning you enjoy more time around the homestay to get the fresh air of the mountainous village.

And then you say goodbye the family, you leave Quan Ba for Dong Van. You will also have chance to pass through Tham Ma Pass which is well known as the spectacular and attracted pass in Ha Giang. Next proceed the trip in Dong Van you will see imposing pine forest at a Hmong village and visit H’Mong Vuong Duc Chinh Palace or call Vua Meo Palace. This is the place of the powerful Vuong family. The palace is as the store for opium and weapons in the past and visit it will give you the glimpse of Hmong Royal life in the past.

After independence the palace was evacuated in 1950 and the descendants of this influential H’mong family now live in France and Canada. Have lunch on the way.

Afternoon activities:

This afternoon you continue the journey and visit Dong Van Rock Plateau to get its special and get more enjoyment of its beauties. Dong Van Plateau is also an area that has seen as an unique and diverse mountainous geo-ecosystem in Ha Giang.

Continue your trip to visit Tam Giac Mach Flower Garden also known as “triangle oat” to enjoy the special flower of Ha Giang on November.

And if time is permit you can conquer Lung Cu Flower Flag is situated at 1,700m above the sea level, at the summit of Rong Mountain where you can touch the north pole of Vietnam and has seen the border with China.

Next you will continue down the sweeping roads until you arrive in Dong Van late afternoon. Check in hotel

Evening activities

Get around Dong Van ancient town, check in hotel, have dinner at local restaurant. Here is the chance for you to chill out in Dong Van. Interact with local minority people to understand more their life and culture at Dong Van town centre. Overnight at hotel.

Morning activities:

Have breakfast at homestay, this morning you will travel to Dong Van centre market (crowded everyday) to see local people in their trading the local products. Here is the chance for you to learn more the local minority people and buy the fascinating handmade goods and special products

Then you will visit Lo Lo Hmong village to discover more of local minority people where you can touch the local life.

Then you will hit the road to get the experience at one of the most spectacular roads in the whole of Vietnam, especially Ma Pi Leng Pass. At the height of 2000 meters, the Ma Pi Leng Pass clings to the side of the undulating mountains which gives the spectacular views of the valleys and terraced fields. All decorate the wonderful scenery along mountainsides.

Also you have chance to have a boat trip on Nho Que River to view the beautiful scenery of mountain area

Have lunch at local restaurant.

Afternoon activities:

This afternoon you will leave Dong Van and continue drives you through zigzag down into Meo Vac Valley. Have more discover the beauties of village in Meo Vac and then travel ahead to Bao Lac Town of Cao Bang Province. Check in homestay. You spend more time around the village closed homestay to get more discovery. Have dinner at the family.

Evening is the time you are free to wander around the village and discover the night life of local people and get your own experience. Khuoi Khon Homestay in Bao Lac

Morning activities:

Have breakfast at homestay. You enjoy more the fresh air around the homestay to get your experience. At 8.00 am Our guide and our driver will pick you up at homestay for the directly journey to the forest of Ba Be National Park. The distance for a drive is approximately 150 miles (230 kilometers).

Have lunch at local restaurant.

Afternoon activities:

Then drive back to Ha Noi after visit Hua Ma cave. Have lunch in a local restaurant on the way. Our trip will be arrive in Ha Noi at about 5:30pm. Hope you have a wonderful experience. Happy Travel!
