Tour Trekking Hoang Su Phi

Morning activities:

Start the new day to Ha Giang province discovery from your hotel in Hanoi with our guide and driver to Ha Giang. You will travel a long journey by car with a distance of 300km, about 7.5 – 8 hours on this first day, therefore, please you should take good care on the previous day. En route is the opportunity to see beautiful mountain landscapes in North Vietnam. Have lunch at local food-stall.

Afternoon activities:

You will arrive at Thong Nguyen, a commune of Hoang Su Phi district at the mid-afternoon. You will make a short rest before having a light trek. Next you continue your trek to Nam Hong village within 2 hours. This is a small hamlet in the mountainside by Man Ta Pan. You meet the local Red Dao ethnic minority group. Check in your homestay.

Evening activities:

Have dinner with the family. You will be surprised with many delicious local foods like “Thit Lon Man”, “Thang Co”, corn wine… This is a great chance to join a performance of local people. You will immerse yourself in the melody and culture of Red Dao people to get more knowledge of local people. Homestay at stilt-house.

Morning activities:

Get up early and enjoy the fresh air in the highland mountains of North Vietnam with different sounds of animals: pig, chicken, bird, etc. Have breakfast at the family. This morning you will follow the windy trails and pass through rice terrace fields of Nam Khoa village where the inhabitants of Man Ta Pan ethnic group. You have a short break en route to relax and view the stunning beautiful sceneries of terrace fields. It will give you the opportunity to get the impression time. Especially when it is ripping rice fields in September it will be amazing. This is the chance for you to learn about daily life, and meet local friendly people Man Ta Pan and Long Tunics Dao, who normally work in their field or garden. You can interact with them to know more about their culture. Having lunch with a local family.

Afternoon activities:

This afternoon you continue your hiking to discover more of the beauties of the village. Passing through the old tea plants which were grown more than 100 years ago with buds have white hairs. It is called Shan tea – the famous tea in Vietnam. And you do not enjoy it when you visit each local house.

Evening activities:

Evening you will have dinner at a Long tunics family and continue to enjoy the different cuisines here. Enjoy the local people to show some traditional performances of their community. You will find the differences between 2 nights in 2 ethics villages.

Morning activities:

Have breakfast at homestay. Today you are at the height of 1200 meters, so you can feel the fresh atmosphere here. However, the weather is so cold, therefore, you have to prepare more warm clothes during your trip. Say goodbye to the host and Nam Ai village, our guide will take you to trek down Nam Son and visit this small town with small shops, local market. You will trek through a suspension bridge and pass up the mountainside to Hmong village. En route you catch up more beautiful sceneries of rice terraces fields with a special feeling.

On the winding trails, you will also witness the daily local ethnic people working in their fields. There are some groups of Dao, Nung, H’Mong Flower (they are wearing the colorful clothes in which you can distinguish their nations by clothes). Have lunch en route with a local family and have more chances to discover their culture.

Afternoon activities:

Continue your trip in Ha Giang Tour with hiking through the small trails to get more beautiful scenery. You will come to a homestay of the Nung ethnic group or Man Ta Pan ethnic group.

Evening activities:

This evening you can drink more corn wine in order to keep you warm. You have more chances to share their stories of their culture. Overnight at a stilt house.

Morning activities:

After breakfast with the local family, you say goodbye to Ha Giang and travel back to Ha Noi. You will be transferred to Hanoi within 8 hours by car. Have lunch at a local food-stall en route.

Afternoon activities:

You can stopover to discover Hoang Su Phi with many stunning landscapes and meet the hospitable local people. See you again and wish you a great time at other destinations.
