Itinerary Details

Day 1: Hanoi – Ta Xua – Trek Dinosaur Back. Homestay in Ta Xua (L/D)

Morning activities:

At 7.00 am Our guide and driver will welcome you at your hotel in Hanoi and transfer to Son La – 200km and spend 5 hours on car to reach Bac Yen town. You will have lunch at local restaurant and have a short relax. Check in homestay on arrival.

Afternoon activities:

This afternoon you travel ahead to Ta Xua where is famous for cloudy enjoyment

You will conquer and trek on the Dinosaur Back and be one of the place to enjoy the sunrise over the mountain. Ta Xua Mountain summit where you can enjoy the first sunny harmony in the white cloud and make you as in the paradise and blue sky.

Dinosaur Back is Hang Dong Commune where has the small road on the summit mountain which looks like as the dinosaur. From here you can catch the panorama of mountains, hills, forest in Son La.

Next you can make visit Hang Dong Waterfall and get the enjoyment of this nice waterfall. Back homestay and enjoy the sunset over the mountain. Have dinner with the family. Overnight at homestay.

Special note: December is winter season in North Vietnam so it can be colder than so you need to have warm clothes while trekking

Day 2: Ta Xua full day trek - Hanoi (B/L)

Full day activities:

Get up early and enjoy the sunset over the mountain region at the homestay. After breakfast at homestay, you will leave homestay and continue your discover Ta Xua Mountain this morning.

At 7.00 am you can start from 1941M Homestay and on motorbike to reach 1941M Farm where you start your trekking route to conquer Ta Xua Mountain and its summits. You will reach Mossy Forest where has the hundred years trees which make you an amazing scenery

Freely to shoot wonderful photo (Depend on weather condition you can have different view each day and cloudy here). Have a picnic lunch at the mountain

This afternoon you trek back 1941M Farm where you can get the view of cloudy, enjoy the sunset as well as visit this farm. After that you walk back from 1941M farm back homestay. Then our driver picks up and transfers you back Hanoi city and take 5 hours again on car to reach back Hanoi.

You arrive in Hanoi late evening. Say goodbye our guide and driver. Wishing you a great time with us!
