Morning / Arrival

Your private driver will be waiting for you at Tan Son Nhat International Airport and transport you to the city center to check in to your hotel.

Afternoon activities

After checking in to the hotel, visit Ben Thanh Market, one of the most iconic attractions in Saigon. This is a must-visit destination for any visitor to the city.

Evening activities

Saigon offers many different activities for a night out, such as a rooftop bar, a café tour, or a stroll through the downtown streets.

Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City

Morning activities

After breakfast, depart for the Cu Chi Tunnels, which are situated just outside the city. The tunnels were used in the Vietnam War and are a testament to the strength and ingenuity of the Vietnamese people.

Afternoon activities

Return to Ho Chi Minh City and have lunch. Then continue visiting some of the attractions in Ho Chi Minh City. The War Remnants Museum and the Reunification Palace are a good start. The museum and palace provide insight into the modern history of Vietnam.

Next, visit the Notre Dame Cathedral and the Central Post Office. The cathedral and the post office are two of the best examples of French colonial architecture in Ho Chi Minh City.

Evening activities

The rest of the day is free to do as one wishes. One could spend the evening exploring Ho Chi Minh City on one’s own or have dinner at a local restaurant.

Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City

Morning activities

Leave Ho Chi Minh City and head southwards into the Mekong Delta region. Visit Vinh Trang Pagoda, a peaceful temple dedicated to Buddhism.

Proceed to My Tho or Ben Tre and take a boat trip on the Mekong River, observing life on and around the river.

Afternoon activities

Visit a factory where locals make candies and handicrafts using coconuts.

Take a sampan ride through a small canal lined with coconut trees and visit a fruit orchard where you can enjoy tropical fruits.

Take a short Xe Loi ride through villages and gain an insight into rural life.

Later in the day, proceed to Can Tho, a cultural hub in the Mekong Delta.

Early Morning activities

Take a boat trip to Cai Rang Floating Market, the largest floating market in Mekong Delta. Observe the bustling trading of fresh fruits and other agricultural products directly from the boats.

Mid-Morning activities

Visit a rice noodle factory and learn about traditional production techniques. Next, visit Binh Thuy Ancient House, a well-preserved historical house that reflects traditional architecture in the south.

Afternoon activities

Return to Can Tho and have lunch before commencing the return trip to Ho Chi Minh City. Arrive in the late afternoon and have free time at leisure.

Morning activities

Free time for last-minute shopping or visit Binh Tay Market in Cholon (Chinatown), famous for its local atmosphere and traditional products.
